Al Dean is DEVELOP3D’s co-founder and editor-in-chief. That means he gets to swan about the gaff while everyone else does all the hard work.
For the last 15 years, he’s been writing about the technology and strategies involved in product development and telling stories of how people take products from a spark of an idea to a delivered product. He’s got a BSc in Computer Aided Product Design and an MSc in Engineering Product Design, though he doesn’t like telling anyone.
He spends his spare time growing vegetables and making an increasingly random collection of things that he doesn’t really need, but has become rather fond of.
