At the age of 16, Naoki began programming, and by 17, he had already launched his first business. He later enrolled in a Canadian university but chose to leave after two years, returning to Japan
to pursue entrepreneurship.
In 2014, he founded Incubit Inc., driving innovation in AI-driven solutions. He later launched a surgical support AI startup, successfully leading its spin-out through an MBO. Additionally, he oversaw the sale of a subsidiary specializing in infrastructure inspection AI to a major publicly traded company.
In 2023, Naoki founded Tektome Inc., where he currently serves as president, continuing to push the boundaries of AI technology.
