Synopsis:
People want spaces that are more tailored to how the live. We are shifting the focus of design to a more human-centered experience. Woods Bagot is defining new user experiences in architecture. In this new era of humanism, collaboration, interaction, flexibility and agility have become paramount to the success of the future user environments. Tarran will present visual narratives of Woods Bagot’s unbuilt work which provides clarity and fidelity throughout the human-centric design process. Woods Bagot are pushing the boundaries of real-time visualization and VR through the use of immersive platforms to ultimately allow better design decisions and discourse through the project lifecycle.
Bio:
Tarran is a highly motivated, passionate, creative artist who ensures that this emotion is captured and evoked in all illustration and animated work undertaken. His diverse experience includes Workplace, Lifestyle, & Masterplanning projects; both at concept and design development stages. He directs the use of visualisation, both technically and creatively, across Woods Bagot and currently leads the Global Visualisation team. His hands on expertise has been central in supporting and realizing Woods Bagot’s globally significant projects over the past 10 years. The role of visualization in architecture has never been more important, or more in demand.
Tarran has a strong ability to generate, conceptualise and execute design ideas and is a creative thinker that believes in the strength of storytelling and is skilled to convey them visually. He holds a deep passion for building narratives, visual storytelling and true dedication to the pursuit of ‘craft”. Images are an emotional media that should resonate with and reflect both the unique characteristics of the site and designer.
