Naoki Kitamura is a serial AI entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Tektome. Prior to founding Tektome in 2023, he founded Incubit Inc. and led AI ventures in fields including surgical support and infrastructure inspection. Today, he is driving Tektome’s mission to transform the AEC industry through its AI agent platform, which powers solutions such as automated BIM checking, regulatory research, and the accumulation of knowledge from past projects, and is used by leading companies across Japan.
